We have come so far, and have so far still to go. They still experience other challenges like losing family by being honest about themselves or losing jobs due to sexual orientation discrimination. LGBTQ+ people still lose lives for simply being queer and being here. “Recognition of existence, struggle, power, joy, and truth. We will be with a booth at Boulder Pride Festival and will be hosting a Pride Hike on June 17. Hoping to see those flying soon! If there is a business that didn’t receive one we still have some at Wild Bear. We brought the flags to NED businesses as an effort for Rainbows over Ned. Out Boulder Rainbows over Boulder County initiative has businesses flying the LGBTQ+ BIPOC flags. “From Lily: a joyful month celebrating all people.” ~ Heather Carmichael
